MATZA-BRAIE

As Matza-Belgium Waffel

Ingredients

4 Eggs, seperated &Morangue
4-5 Matzot
A Pinch Salt
2 Apples (optional)sliced thick

Instructions

Seperate Eggs

Morangue whites until thick

Take Matzot and wet on both sides

Break up Matzot to small peaces

add into morangue

Add small Apple slices

add a dush of Salt

Pour into Hot oil in skilletr

cook until Golden Brown

Turn to other side

Cook until Golden brown

put on a dish

cut in half for 2 servings
