Seperate Eggs
Morangue whites until thick
Take Matzot and wet on both sides
Break up Matzot to small peaces
add into morangue
Add small Apple slices
add a dush of Salt
Pour into Hot oil in skilletr
cook until Golden Brown
Turn to other side
Cook until Golden brown
put on a dish
cut in half for 2 servings
