PIE CRUST FOR PASSOVER

CAKE-MEAL PIE CRUST

Ingredients

1/2 cup	Melted Margarine
3 Tblsp.	Sugar
1 cup	Matza-Meal
1/4 Tsp.	Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp.	Salt

Instructions

Blend ingredierts well. Press into a 9 -inch pie pan and bake in 375* oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. BEST TO Cool before filling.
