Zo-Zo's Honey cake

Sweet and Delicious

Ingredients

1 cup	Sugar
3	Eggs
1/2 cup	Oil
3/4 cup	Honey
1 Tsp	Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. (leveled)	All spice
3/4 cup	Black boiling coffee
3 cups	FLOUR
1 Tsp. (leveld)	Salt
1 Full Tsp.	Baking powder
1 Full Tsp.	Baking soda

Instructions

Heat oven at 375 degrees

Oil a round cake pan

Mix Eggs with sugar, Honey, oil and Hot Black Coffee

Add cinnamon and all spice Mix well

add a cup and a half of flour, salt & baking Soda Mix well

Add the rest of the flour and baking powder Mix well

butter will be on the liquid side

Pour batter into oiled pan

Bake for 1hr. and 10 Minutes
