12 SWEET ROLLS plus SWEET GLAZE

Ingredients

1/4 oz 1 pkactive dry yeast
1 cupwarm milk
1/3 cupsugar
1 largeegg- slightly beaten
2 tsp.vanilla extract
3 3/4 (4) cupflour
1 2/2 tspsalt
4 tblspsoft butter
3/4 cuplight brown sugar
3/4 cupchopped pecans or walnuts(optional)
2 tspcinnamon (optional)
4 tblspsoft butter
1 1/2 cupsconfectionars sugar
2 1/2 tblspmilk or cream
2 tblspmelted butter
1 or 2 dropesvanilla extract

Instructions

RECIPE for every occation ****sweet glaze**** Stir in a large bowl: --WARM MILK --SUGAR --STIR IN THE DISSOLVED YEAST --VANILLA EXTRACT --EGGS Stir in: --2 cups of flour --beat well for About 100-120 strokes --cover with a clean towel wait for for 15 minutes --stir in the salt and butter in to the dough mix add remaining flour slowly --stir well until unable to stir any longer, --flour hands and continue to kneed for 4-5 minutes turn onto a floured board and continue to kneed until smooth and elastic (10 min.) put into an oiled bowl , cover bowl again with towel or plastic wrap set in a warm spot for dough to rise(1 hr.) FILLING --STIR brown sugar, Nuts and Cinnamon, until stird well. After dough has risen punched it down until deflated. --Knead it for a minute or so longer cover again for 15 minutes, let rise. SWEET GLAZE: --1 1/2 cups of confectionars’ sugar --add 2 1/2 tblesp. Of milk or cream --2 tblesp of melted butter --a drop or two of Vanilla extract
