LEMONADE CHICKEN
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup | Lemonade concetrate |
| 1/4 cup | Catsup |
| 3 tsp | Brown Sugar |
| 3 tsp | White Vinegat |
| 1/4 tsp. | Ground Ginger |
| 1 tsp. | Soy Sauce |
| 1/4 tsp. | Paprika, Chili powder,Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Thyme, Basil, Oregano, Salt and pepper |
| 2 lbs. | Chicken cut into 8 peaces |
| 1/2 cup | Flour, all purpose |
| 1/4 cup | Safflower oil (or Vegtable oil). |
Instructions
In a mixing bowl combine the lemonade concetrare, catsup, sugar,vinegar, ginger,soy and seasoning.
Dredge the chicken in the flour. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Brown the chicken. Remove chicken from skillet and drain any excess oil. Return chicken to the skillet and cover with sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 35-40 minutes.
