4 small Eggs separeted,
Marangue the egg whites until fluffy but firm
Add 1/2 cup of Matza Meal and Egg Yolks.
Lightly Mix all ingredients
optional: Mix in the Tsp.of Sugar (or salt).
**Heat up the oil in a skillet**.
when the oil is hot, pour ingredients into the skillet with the hot oil
Turn over and again, cook until golden brown.
When ready and golden brown on both sides
put onto a dish
Cut in 1/2, for 2 servings.
sprinkle with sugar,(sour cream, fruit,Syrup or your favorate topping).
