***STUFFED WHITEFISH SALAT ISRAELI STYLE***

Stuffed Whitefish, as my E-Ma use to make in Israel to spread on Bread or serve with crackers.

Ingredients

Decorate plate spring ofparsley/dill.
2 Tblsp.parsley (chopped)
4 poundsmoked whitefish
5 stalkscelery
2 cupssour cream
3 Tblsp.Mayonnaise
to taste a touch ofPepper
2 Tblsp.fresh dill (snipped)

Instructions

STUFFED WHITEFISH Carefully remove the Meat onto a bowl, take out the bones from the whitefishs meat,(try not to cut the skin when removing the fish-meat. keeping the skin for stuffing, keep the fish head intact)

place the fish-meat in a mixing bowl.

Addinto bowl:

Diced celery along with 1 cup of the sour cream, the mayonnaise,the pepper. and add the dill and parsley and add more sour cream as you wanted.

Stuff the mixture back into the skin of the whitefish, fit skin around the stuffing to look as a Whitefish.

Optional, Garnish with additional Parsley and Dill.
